My secret weapon is my cat! He helps me calm down when I'm about to lose my temper. I have used this several times. My other secret weapon for that is an ice pack.

Yes, every so often. I like a lot of electronic music. It's not my favorite genre though.
Maybe Pablo Picasso. He did live during tough times, but I really admire his art.

Stimming can be cute, depending on what it is. Like little mouth sounds!
