Ooh, it's hard to pick one, but I once had a big meltdown in a doctor's office in front of everyone because they had refused to give me my meds. I guess it worked, because they gave them to me XD (not that I recommend doing this).
I walked through deep snow across a lawn and unknowingly steppe on a pile of dog poo. Afterwards we had a meeting inside the uni with professors and there evolved some ugly smell and I thought a certain professor would stink and kept some distance to people to evade the bad smell. Only to find out afterwards what had happened and that I myself ws the source of my own disgust. Embarrassed almost to death for days.
