whats your secret weapon to keep focus at work/school?

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is the only way to beat procrastination for me. The fact of not having an important task done itches me so much that the OCD forces me to do it. However, if the task isn't important and I don't feel like I'm "saving the world" by doing it, I'm doomed.

Mostly sugar(rush) and music.

Also sometimes I really enjoy quietness, just 5-15 minutes talking to colleagues (that I like talking to) or talking a walk outside - to reset myself.

When I was in college, it was Music and Noise cancelation headphones. It helped me get in my bubble more easily

caffeine helps most of the time. the few times it doesnt i dont have anything that helps unfortunately

For work i stay focused via eother walking around and interacting with people or just being very interested in teaching people basic forensics

For work, it's to have so much stuff to do I don't have the time to think about doing anything else.
That, or there's something I actually need to do that I want to do. That's rare.
