listen to music... or just cry idk

either curl up into a ball and cry or eat something

I use my headphones, but my irl bff let's me hold his hand so I can squeeze it and I often lay my head down on something

cry usually . but if i cant do that i listen to a song im familiar with ^_^

zone the hell out with noise cancelling headphones and focus on my breathing

Loud vocal noises / stims , scratching , pawing . . ..

I do the list 5 for each senses. Helps ground me
