If you want people to answer your questions, they are already being thrown into their inboxes, I think that's pushy enough!

If you want people to comment on your answers, then maybe ask questions back when answering, or @ people in them. I've found that many comments are actually better sent as questions though.

If you want people to ask you more questions, well not many are checking the public timeline here and for good reason, so that relies on other websites. You're basically doing all that I can already think of there, like putting the link in your bio, sharing every answer on fedi, etc. I've found that it's really not easy to ask interesting questions to people I don't know well though. I regularly get questions here from people who read some of my blog posts, maybe you need some website to share things on that don't disappear in someone's timeline so that more people have time to see them and ask you questions about them.

And if you really don't care about what kind of interactions you get, you can reach out to the non-fedi side of Fragsturztaube, made mostly of rentry.co users, who appear to love accusing each other of various crimes (especially grooming), doxxing themselves, spamming everyone, adding tons of empty comments on answers just so they appear in the Discover tab, etc. Just be the worst person you can be and you'll get plenty of reactions I'm sure.
