hello everynyan! i would like to inform you all that i have been diagnosed with aspd professionally, and i do not entertain fakeclaims. i am a minor, and while this makes the diagnosis technically invalid, ive also been professionally diagnosed with bipolar 1 and depression at the same time further proving the medical system to be literal shit

Getting medically diagnosed is impossible for so many people and is almost always rooted in bias. You will always know yourself more than a therapist or psychologist will. All a diagnosis does is give you access to medication and extra help, it’s not a badge signifying you’re the “real deal” yet so many people think it is
