in terms of features, probably Sharkey (okay but sharing what you're listening to through ListenBrainz integration actually sounds really nice :3), and in terms of how development is going, probably Iceshrimp? (though they're rewriting stuff in .NET by now, so idk if it still counts as a Misskey fork then-)
