While I was AFAB， my mother displayed a lot of intersexism towards me growing up ー socializing me more as a boy rather than a girl． When I got my period， it mostly stopped as that was proof I was a “girl”． So I consider myself transfem these days！

The other day she pointed out my Adam’s Apple in public ＆ said she despises it． I can’t necessarily blame her as she blames herself for my 『 birth defects 』 but still 😞 I do wish she thought about how it makes me feel！
