It's been many years since I've ordered a burger from a (real) restaurant, and I don't really like (real) restaurant fries, but a burger and fries might be something I'd order from McDonald's or Burger King. In that case, I think I'd eat the burger first. Because there's only one burger but there are many fries. Also I wouldn't want the burger to get cold.
