Dark blue! Like the dark blue in my avatar's hair. The exact hex code has evolved quite a few times over the years, starting at #000008 (which I used as the main color for a specific space background) and now I think it's settled at #00004E.

I don’t know; I don’t have stats or any general idea of how much every feature is used.
So I can’t give any guarantees about how underutilized they actually are, but here’s some:
- Favorites/bookmarking
- The RSS feed widget (and ticker)
- The Explore tab
- The DMs tab in your notifications
